1. Use of Service

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use PlugSync for personal or commercial automation of Minecraft plugin management.

2. User Responsibilities & Risks

• You are solely responsible for all credentials and actions performed via the service.
• Automation features interact with third-party platforms (e.g., SpigotMC, PlanetMinecraft) that prohibit bots, scrapers, or automated access in their terms. Using these features risks account suspension or bans on those platforms — we are not liable for any such consequences.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and third-party terms. Prohibited: illegal activities, excessive automation causing platform strain, or misuse.

3. Payments & Plans

Free plan: Limited features. Premium: $20/month (auto-renews). Lifetime: $100 one-time. Payments processed via secure third-party providers.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for third-party bans, data loss, or automation failures. Liability limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may cancel anytime.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by laws of the United States (excluding conflicts). Disputes resolved in U.S. courts.
