Refund & Cancellation Policy

PlugSync offers digital services with no free trials. All payments are handled securely via third-party processors.

1. Premium Subscription ($20/month)

No prorated refunds for partial months.
Cancel anytime via your account — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds for charges already processed.

2. Lifetime Access ($100 one-time)

Non-refundable. This provides permanent access to all current and future features.

3. General Policy

No refunds except where required by law (e.g., 14-day cooling-off period for certain EU consumers). If you believe a charge was erroneous, contact support@plugsync.xyz within 30 days.

4. Changes

We may update this policy; continued use constitutes acceptance.
